Over the past year, we have been delighted to partner with other Irish universities on the compilation of an Open Publication on the use of GenAI in educational practice. This project, led by TCD, contains 31 examples of innovative teaching, learning, and assessment practices across diverse disciplines, including 5 from DCU. Our sincere thanks and congratulations to our DCU colleagues Amanda Drury, Rob Gillanders, Gary Sinclair, Shadi Karazi, Silvia Rocchetta, Leah Ridgway, Paola Rivetti, David O' Mullane, Rituparna Banerjee, Alan Smeaton, and our former DCU colleague Suzanne Stone.

The publication highlights practice and innovation across disciplines and will be of interest to anyone reflecting on the use of GenAI in teaching, learning and assessment.

The ECIU University Forum is a yearly networking event which this year will be held on 10th - 11th June at the University of Trento, Italy. The theme of the forum is  "Innovation for Sustainable Futures".  The forum is now open for participant registration until February 14th.  As places are limited, a selection process will take place at each ECIU member university and you will receive a follow up email in early April to let you know if your participation is confirmed. Please note that if you submitted a session via the call for sessions, you don't need to apply via this call now as you should have already received a response from the selection committee.
