Dublin City University, originally established in 1989, is located to the north of Dublin City and is the most significant and comprehensive provider of university education on the rapidly growing and economically important Eastern corridor. There are five campuses - three academic (DCU Glasnevin, DCU St Patrick's and DCU All Hallows), one innovation focused (DCU Alpha) and one focused on sport (DCU Sports). All are within a 2.5km radius with over 75 buildings (~300,000m2) on 128 acres. In 2020, DCU has over 18,000 students and 2,500 staff. 

The climate and biodiversity crisis is real and immediate, and we need fundamental systemic change to address it.
