Please note that there is no fee applied for Staff Profile photography. The fee for internal photography operating inside core hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) is €30 per half hour. This fee also covers time spent on editing and captioning images.

If the event takes place outside core hours, the fee is €60 per half hour. In the event the internal photographer is not available, we can hire an external photographer for you. Please note, there is a fee associated with this, for your unit/department to cover

The fee for the internal videographer operating inside core hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) are outlined below. In the event the internal photographer is not available, we can hire an external videographer for you. Please note, there is a fee associated with this, for your unit/department to cover.

  • €150 per three-hour call out on campus within office hours 
  • €200 per three-hour call out off campus/or on campus outside office hours
  • €250 per three-hour call out off campus and outside office hours
  • Editing is charged at €40 per hour

Please note, for requests on website design, the creative team works with Digital Communications. Digital Communications manages the process, and depending on requirements, will manage with internal resources and/or external suppliers, as well as engage with the Design team.
