Future of Europe: Lobbying in Brussels

The Prague's Center for Public Policy (Centrum pro verejnou politiku -CPVP), the main sponsor of the Institute, is honoured to cordially invite students to the European Spring Institute, ESI 2004.

Where? Prague, Czech Republic

When? March 13-21, 2004 - a month before the EU Enlargement on May 1, 2004!

Who? The organizers of the European Summer Institute 2003 (ESI2003) have joined together with the Prague's Center for Public Policy (Centrum pro verejnou politiku - CPVP) and the Institute for Integration of the Czech Republic to the European Union (iiCE) to launch the European Spring Institute 2004 (ESI2004).

What is it about? The European Spring Institute is a nine-day academic program designed to bring together 30 undergraduate and graduate students of various nationalities and academic backgrounds from the USA, Eastern and Western Europe to enjoy their spring holidays in the unique academic and cultural environment.

Why? The aim of the program is to provide students with an exciting opportunity to deepen their own expertise by enhancing the knowledge of the changing EU politics and by exchanging ideas with academics, the EU policy practitioners and fellow students from different cultural environment. The spring program combines intensive academic courses with cultural, social, and recreational opportunities.

We also suggest students to submit their applications by Early Bird Application Deadline of January 30, 2004. The Final Deadline is February 13, 2004.
