Academic Transcripts

Academic Transcripts are official copies of your exam results for the year. Exam results are published via the DCU website after the relevant meetings of Progression & Awards Boards in Spring, Summer and Autumn. The results will remain online for one month. Students receive a full academic transcript of results from both semesters at the end of the academic year. Please ensure that you update your contact details on your portal page if you are moving accommodation in summer!

Exchange and Study Abroad students should speak to their Mobilities co-ordinator about receiving a hard copy of their transcripts if they are not staying in DCU for the full academic year. Official copies of transcripts can be obtained on the student’s request only from Registry by completing the R23 form on the Registry website. Transcripts are €7 for one academic year and €15 for an entire degree programme.
