With over 30 years’ experience behind us, and 25 with university status, at DCU we not only understand the challenges facing new universities and industries working in a new global economy, we have lived them.

DCU has been active in the Middle East for several years which has helped us develop an interest in and understanding of the many transitions ongoing in the region. Our international ranking and strong connections with industry make us a reputable partner for progressive universities.

We also have experience in managing rapid growth; in less than four decades DCU is on the cusp of having the largest education institute in Europe.

Ireland is one of four countries mentioned in the United Arab Emirates’ Plan 2030 as a small country that has diversified its economy. Ireland has become globally relevant by putting a premium on education, developing a skill set for economic development, and putting itself at the cutting edge of service and technology with an emphasis on the knowledge economy.
