Key Order Form

The Estates team receives a large number of requests for room keys from across the University.

Keys are ordered on a weekly basis and can take up to a minimum of three weeks for delivery.

Due to the large volume of requests, we can only accept orders for new keys that have been approved by school secretaries or authorised budgetary holders.

If you wish to have a new key cut, you must complete the ‘Key Order Request Form’, and have approval from your school secretary or authorised budgetary holder.

Once your keys are ready for collection, the Estates team will contact you/school secretary/budgetary holder.
