Universal Design DCU Best Practices

Please share examples of how Universal Design for Learning (UDL) was implemented in your teaching/service.

UDL is a set of principles that gives all individuals equal opportunities to engage and learn. This is achieved through representing information in multiple ways/formats, allowing students to engage through a variety of means and giving students options in how they demonstrate their learning/skills. For more information on UDL, please visit the CAST website.

If you would like more information on the project, please contact Universal Design Coordinator, aoife.mcnicholl@dcu.ie

Are you happy for these best practice examples to be shared on the Universal Design Project webpage/across DCU social media?
Would you be willing to talk about your best practice example in a short 2-3 minute video? (this video would be displayed as a resource on the project webpage/across DCU social media)
