2016 Undergraduate Awards
We are delighted to announce that BEd4 students, Caitriona Williams and Sean Ormsby have been included among the Highly Commended Entrants in the 2016 Undergraduate Awards. Over 500 academic papers were submitted for entry to the 2016 Undergraduate Awards, from universities across 40 countries. After the preliminary round of judging a shortlist of the top 10% of papers submitted was compiled. Included among the shortlist are the Action Research Project Reports of Caitriona Williams and Sean Ormsby, BEd4 students of 2015/16. They have been included for consideration for their Action Research Projects in the area of Mathematics Education under the supervision of Zita Lysaght, Thérèse Dooley and Aisling Twohill. Both written reports were exemplary in terms of the level of reflection the students dedicated to their projects, and also their commitment to producing work of the very highest quality.
