Invigilator Information

Invigilator Recruitment

We are no longer actively recruiting Invigilators for the 2024/2025 Examinations.

The Registry will begin recruiting invigilators to work on a part-time basis for University Examinations 2025/2026 in the autumn. We require invigilators to work on a casual basis to ensure the smooth running of the University’s examination sessions throughout the year, in accordance with the University’s regulations and guidelines. Training will be provided, however, experience of invigilating examinations or similar activities would be advantageous.

Please note that duties involve among others, standing and walking for the duration of the examinations.

Successful candidates will also need excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to apply the University’s examination regulations and contribute to the annual review process.

A high level of English is essential. Invigilators must be available during the University's examination periods in December, April/May and July/August.
