First year DCU students will receive an onboarding email containing access details for online registration.

The purpose of this page is to allow you to view all Optional modules connected to the Qualification.

The online registration system will register you automatically for your Core Modules.

Optional modules you will select on the “subject selection” page of online registration.

Please read this guide completely before Proceeding to Online Registration.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you register correctly.

Bachelor of Education, Year 1, Full Time

 

Students must choose a pathway by selecting a major from the list below.  Once you have chosen your major/pathway in year 1 you will remain on that major/pathway for the duration of the programme.

BYIR BED-Primary Edu Route2 Eligible for employment in primary schools, with the exception of Catholic schools
MHYZ BED-Primary Edu- CIC Church of Ireland entrants ONLY (DC004 Applicants)
XYNK BED-Primary Edu- ISL Irish Sign Language (DC005 Applicants)
