School of Physical Sciences Open Evening

The School of Physical Sciences in DCU intends to hold an open evening on Thursday, 28th September next, beginning at 6.30 pm in room S206/209 on the second floor of the Stokes Building on the Glasnevin campus (http://www.dcu.ie/info/campus.shtml) where different research groups will describe their work and possibilities for the 2018 Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarships, whose is call now open with a closing date of 1st November.

All are welcome, and in particular we encourage 4th year students from all institutions with an interest in pursuing a research postgraduate qualification to attend. A description of the various research activities in the School may be found at: http://www.dcu.ie/physics/overview.shtml.
