Jobs | How to apply for jobs in DCU

Step-by-step instructions on how to apply for jobs in DCU.

Using DCU's Jobs portal is very straightforward. However, should you encounter any issues, these steps will help: 

 

  1. Search and view university jobs using the job search engine
  2. Narrow your search by Vacancy Type or Job Reference Code. To view all jobs, simply click Search without setting any criteria.
  3. To apply for a specific job, click Apply on the Current Job Vacancies page and follow the on-screen instructions. This opens our online applicant portal.
  4. If you haven't applied online for a DCU job before, you’ll need to register. Otherwise, log in to your existing account.
  5. Complete the online application form. Fields you must complete are marked with an asterisk (*). 
  6. You can save your application and return to complete it later by clicking Save for Later on the Application Checklist page.
  7. To continue with your application, log back in and click on My Applications on the left-hand menu. 
  8. Check your application thoroughly before you submit it. Once you submit your application, you can’t edit it. You’ll get an email acknowledging your submission.
