The DCU People EDI Unit regularly carry out employee surveys, gathering valuable data on equality, diversity and inclusion issues.
Surveys give us insights into DCU staff’s lived experiences. Through these insights, we’re been able to identify the process and policy improvements needed to continue building an inclusive university for all, and track our continued progress.
