Here you'll find information on recent employee consultation surveys conducted as part of the Athena Swan and wider EDI agendas.

The DCU People EDI Unit regularly carry out employee surveys, gathering valuable data on equality, diversity and inclusion issues. 

Surveys give us insights into DCU staff’s lived experiences. Through these insights, we’re been able to identify the process and policy improvements needed to continue building an inclusive university for all, and track our continued progress.

The most recent surveys focused on:

  • Career development experiences among postdoctoral researchers and research fellows 
  • Disability support in the workplace
  • Race equality in the workplace
  • Athena Swan workplace culture survey
