Free Yoga Classes Exclusively for Staff 

Providing a wonderful opportunity to unwind and recharge during the workday. 

Course Code: DCU242

These sessions will take place every Thursday at lunchtime (1pm) for four weeks on the Glasnevin campus, with the first class kicking off on 8th May. Open to all levels.

Week 1 - Thursday 8th May @ 1 pm (45 mins)

Week 2 - Thursday 15th May @ 1 pm (45 mins)

Week 3 - Thursday 22nd May @ 1 pm (45 mins)

Week 4 - Thursday 29th May @ 1 pm (45 mins)

Please remember to bring a yoga mat, some water, and wear comfortable clothing.

Group Yoga Class

DCU Staff Yoga

Each class will feature a blend of mindful movement designed to promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation suitable for all levels.  We will physically flow for 30 minutes, building up a little heat in the body, and finish the practice with a short meditation and savasana, complete rest.  Come and experience a peaceful and nurturing environment, allowing yourself time in your day to let go of all that no longer serves you, both physically and emotionally, and welcome a feeling of peace and ease.

Gill is generously offering free yoga classes exclusively for staff, creating a welcoming space to unwind, recharge, and reconnect. The sessions are perfect for all levels.
