This course is aimed at those looking to undertake a systematic review or those who wish to use a systematic approach to literature searching.
Course Description:
Effective techniques for systematically searching the literature. While this session will focus on planning and developing your search strategy and advanced search techniques, it will also include the following topics:
- Systematic Reviews vs systematic searching
- Formulating your research question
- Defining inclusion / exclusion criteria
- Identifying and selecting appropriate resources
- Managing your results
