Overview of the DCU Risk Management Process

Aims:

As all staff are encouraged to engage with the risk management process, the primary aims of the course are to:

  1. provide an overview of the process as it is applied across the DCU Community;
  2. guide staff in how to document and recognise risks, identifying controls and rate risks appropriately;
  3. outline the steps involved in going from the multiple unit-level risk registers to the single DCU Institutional Risk Register each year.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THIS COURSE
