Course Description:
This course covers the Project Management from initiating and planning your project through to monitoring and controlling risk. It equips you with the principles of solid project management and the skills to make your project a success.
The training will walk through a project from beginning to end, introducing the concepts and the practical steps take along the path to a successful project. There are plenty of opportunities for open discussion and worked examples with templates are used throughout the course.
Related concepts such as team management, change management and agile are incorporated and discussed where appropriate. The course is aligned with PMBOK® and takes account of Principle based project management in PMBOK® version 7.
