Make your research more visible with ORCiD
Course Code: DCU174
Course Description:
ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor Identifiers) provides unique digital identifiers to researcher profiles. It distinguishes you from every other researcher and provides a trusted platform for recording your scholarly output. A key strength of ORCID is that it is not tied to any institution or database, so it can follow you wherever your research career takes you. Publishers, funders, research institutions, and other organizations are increasingly adopting or supporting ORCID. DCU are members of the Irish ORCID Consortium.
This session will give an overview of the ORCID platform, its benefits and how you can use it to make your research more visible.
