DCU Pension Schemes aim to provide a regular income in retirement. All eligible staff are automatically included in the appropriate superannuation scheme on joining DCU.

- DCU Financially Fit for Life Seminar Series provides information relating to matters such as tax, wills and inheritance, mortgages, health insurance, and AVCs.
- DCU Employee Assistance Service gives DCU employees easy access to a wide variety of mental health and practical services to help you through a range of personal or work related issues. The service can also provide some support and signposting around more practical non-clinical based issues that you face, including financial matters.
- DCU Travel Pass Scheme is a Taxsaver Commuter Ticket Scheme which reduces the cost of using public transport. Employees can save between 28.5% and 52% of travel costs due to tax, PRSI and USC savings.
- DCU Cycle to Work Scheme is a government tax incentive scheme to encourage you to cycle to work. It‘s designed to facilitate your purchase of a bicycle and/or associated cycle equipment - tax free.
