Prof Teresa Hogan

Prof Teresa Hogan is Professor of Entrepreneurial Finance at DCU Business School. She is also a member of the National Centre for Family Business and is project manager for the Small Business Charter at DCU.

Professional activities and research: Teresa's research interests lie in SME financing, working capital, venture capital, and acquisitions. Teresa specialises in teaching high-technology entrepreneurship to multi-disciplinary groups. An esteemed international scholar, she has published in finance and entrepreneurship journals including the Journal of Corporate Finance, Global Finance Journal, Venture Capital, Journal of Technology Transfer, Journal of Small Business Management and International Small Business Journal. Teresa has received research funding from many prestigious international bodies and consortiums including Marie Skłodowska-Curie, Horizon2020, European Training Network, Global India and the Irish Research Council.
