New report released by DCU National Centre for Family Business today (Sunday 12th April 2020) gives critical insights into the role and impact of family businesses on the Irish economy. Authored by Professor Colm O'Gorman and Research Assistant Keeva Farrelly, the Centre's research findings, based on Central Statistics Office data, demonstrate the prominence of family-run businesses across the island of Ireland. The final report is now available as a free resource for Irish family businesses and can be downloaded as a PDF at the link below. Now more than ever, it is vital we recognise the impact of family businesses on the lives of those living on the island of Ireland, their contribution to society, integrity and resilience in times of uncertainty.
