NCFB Launches Podcast Series

February 2021: The National Centre for Family Business was pleased to announce that we are now live on Podcasts. In an effort to make the centre’s resources even more accessible for family businesses, our podcasts are available on multiple platforms such as Spotify and Google Podcasts.

Our first podcast series is entitled ‘Surviving a Crisis as a Family Business’. Here, we will explore the 8 key themes of our all-island study which was released in Jan’21. With topics such Cashflow, Effective Communication, Strategic Planning and Benevolent Leadership, we will discuss these vital areas with the help of our on-air guests. Throughout the series, you will hear contributions from academic researchers, family businesses, as well as industry experts on each topic, to provide you with key insights and recommendations in facing crises such as Covid-19.

As well as this series, we have also shared additional episodes about  Women in Leadership in Family Business.

Follow us on our Podcast platforms to ensure you don’t miss out on any future episodes:

Spotify: Apple Podcasts; Google Podcasts; Anchor; Breaker; Radio Public

We would also like to thank the support and funding from the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education.

These podcasts are proudly brought to you by the NCFB, in association with our partner, AIB Bank
