Kevin O'Connor

Kevin joined his father’s family business General Paints, known commercially as Colourtrend, as General Manager in 1983. General Paints is a family business founded by Kevin's father Ronan in 1953 and he was appointed Managing Director with majority shareholder in 1988. Since then Kevin actively serves within international associations to which General Paints belongs, and is Chairman of Guild CPO Europe. He also served as the 1st non-US President of Colour Guild International CGI (2006-09) and Chairman of Irish Decorative Coatings Association (2014-17). Kevin graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a BSc (Chemistry) and an MBA from Arizona State University.
