The Changing Nature of Global Malnutrition: What Should Be Done

The School of Law and Government will host its annual end of year lecture where an external guest speaks on a subject of global importance.

This year, Prof Tom Arnold will speak on the subject of "The Changing Nature of Global Malnutrition: What Should Be Done." The lecture will take place this Friday 11 December at 4 pm in CG 86 in the Henry Grattan building.

Tom is the Director General of the Institute for International and European Affairs. He is a former CEO of Concern Worldwide (2001-2013) and chaired the OECD Committee for Agriculture and the European Food Security Group, a network of European NGOs dealing with international food security.He was also a member of the first Board for the UN Central Emergency Relief Fund and of the UN Millennium Project's Hunger Task Force. He chaired the Irish Constitutional Convention and is an adjunct Professor of Politics here in the School of Law and Government.
