If you would like to make an appointment for an Initial assessment with one of our senior psychotherapists in the Healthy Living Centre, please complete the details required on this link;
Once your request has been received by an administrator we will add you to our waiting list and contact you to arrange an assessment as soon as one becomes available. Please note assessments cost €40.
