Storm Éowyn: academic activities cancelled on all campuses on Friday 24 January

A status red warning issued by Met Éireann for the Dublin region for Storm Éowyn, from 6am to 11am on Friday 24 January.
Gale to storm force southwest to west winds will bring severe, damaging and extremely destructive gusts in excess of 130km/h.
As a result, scheduled academic activities on all campuses are cancelled for Friday.
Teaching and learning will move online where possible.
All University campuses and their academic facilities, with the exception of residences, will be closed until at least 1pm on Friday 24 January and will only reopen when it is safe to do so.
All campus catering facilities will be closed on Friday.
The DCU Sports Complex and the Londis shop on the Glasnevin campus are due to reopen at 2pm.
Students that are on placement are advised to liaise with the placement provider at this time.
