The webinar aims to reflect on the EU's response to health challenges on the fifth anniversary of the WHO’s declaration of COVID-19 as a pandemic. It will analyse and discuss key practices, concepts, and emerging trends from the EU’s pandemic response. 

Additionally, it will explore how these practices have become embedded within the EU's institutional framework and assess their implications for the future, with particular attention to the ongoing debate on EU health policy under the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union and its role in shaping the future of EU health security.
