DCU's Summer Internship Event a Great Success

On Wednesday, 22nd January, Dublin City University Careers Service hosted their Summer Internships Fair at The Helix. Targeted at second to middle year students, the event attracted a diverse array of employers from business, tech , and law, all eager to engage with students and offer summer internship opportunities.

🌟 There was a significant interest in the fair with over 1,200 students registering and almost 800 attending on the day. This was the first time Careers Service held this type of fair in The Helix, and it proved to be an ideal venue, allowing students to navigate comfortably while engaging with employers. One attendee shared their positive experience, saying: "I spoke to various companies. It was a very engaging and successful careers fair in The Helix this morning. I have left feeling very motivated about future prospects, as all the stands were extremely insightful."
