The EY NextGen Women Competition It is a great opportunity for third level students to gain experience in the area of Strategy and Transactions, develop their skill sets and explore this area as a potential career after their studies. It is also a way for us in EY to show our passion and commitment to the development of future female leaders within corporate finance. 12 finalist will be chosen to come to our EY Dublin Office to participate in a two day event with an overall finalist be chosen to represent Ireland in the EY NextGen Global Final.
The first phase of the competition will take place in Dublin from 3-4 April 2025.
