Rakuten Kobo - Information Session with DCU - Fall 2024

Rakuten Kobo is a technology, publishing, and e-commerce company based out of Toronto, Canada. We are a global company, with offices in Toronto, Canada, and Darmstadt, Germany, from which we serve 30+ million customers in almost 190 countries.

The focus of our organization is to be a company built by booklovers for booklovers. We believe people should be able to read anywhere in the world, on any device, and in any language. We offer our own e-reader devices, a collection of millions of eBooks and audiobooks, and offer a self-publishing platform for millions of authors.  

Furthermore, we currently offer 30+ early career opportunities in numerous areas, including technology, business, publishing, and more. Our roles can be worked remotely or in a hybrid manner, depending on your preference. Finally, they can range from 4 – 16 months in length, in addition to permanent opportunities.
