Congratulations to Dr Leeann Lane on the launch of her new book

A full house yesterday evening as we celebrated the launch of Dr Leeann Lane's new book, 'Mary MacSwiney', published by UCD Press. Dr Lane was in conversation with David McCullagh, speaking about MacSwiney's political, personal and family life.

This is the third biographical study Dr Lane has published on Irish revolutionary women and offers a comprehensive understanding of a misrepresented and marginalised voice in early twentieth-century Irish politics.
