Executive Coaching Pilot 

The Alumni Office will pilot a graduate to graduate executive coaching programme in the new academic year, providing a mutually supportive opportunity for alumni who are interested in volunteering, to help graduates who would benefit from the coaching experience.

Are you an Executive Coach or in the process of becoming an accredited coach?
We are seeking coaches who would like to volunteer their time to coach fellow graduates who are engaged with the alumni office.

What is the ask?
Volunteer 3 coaching sessions to a member of the DCU Alumni community. The alumni team will match you with a fellow graduate who feels they would benefit from coaching.

Do I need to be fully accredited?
Graduates of DCU who are qualified or who need to conduct a number of coaching hours as part of their accreditation process are very welcome to submit your interest in our pilot programme.

How do I volunteer?
Submit your expression of interest to this form.

What happens next?
The Alumni Team will review your submission and manually match you with a member of the alumni community who will benefit from your volunteerism and experience.

Duration:
Complete 3 coaching sessions from October 2024 to March 2025.

Background:
In recent times the Alumni office has been delighted to facilitate introductions between graduates who want to donate hours of Executive Coaching to fellow graduates who have expressed an interest in availing of such valuable coaching.
