DCU Alumni Awardee Dr Fiona Lodge

Dr Fiona Lodge is Chief Product Officer at live streaming platform No Filter Inc.

Since graduation, Fiona's career has focussed on the real-time communication space, working in varied sectors and roles across the globe, spanning product definition, technical and operational development, commercialisation, product marketing, and Go To Market.

She initially worked in Software Development at DCU before moving to Australia. Her work there spanned the building of Enterprise VoIP, IP Telephony and Unified Communications (UC) Carrier Services before switching into Product Management for enterprise UC operations management and reporting products. 

In 2010, her specialist expertise brought her to Silicon Valley, to take incremental revenue growth for Skype’s Business and Consumer eCommerce Division by improving its business offers, online business support, operations, analytics and advertising infrastructure and customer journey management.

In 2012, she joined the global leading IT integrator Dimension Data/NTT Ltd as Vice President with responsibility for building its global portfolio of cloud Communications services. She then moved into an SVP role there, responsible for Offer Management and Operations for the global Customer Experience (CX) and Digital Workplace Go To Market practice. In 2019, she became Chief Product Officer for NTT Ltd’s entire suite of Cloud voice and video services where, over three years, she improved deal win rates from 14% to 32% and provided recurring revenue growth of 30% YoY.

In 2022, Fiona joined No Filter, a game-changing startup in the video streaming and gaming space and she is now back in Europe, heading up Product Management for a suite of large-scale real-time video streaming products for business, consumer and various vertical markets.
