DCU Alumni Awardee Dr Fiona Lodge
Dr Fiona Lodge has spent her entire career working in the real-time communication space, spanning commercialisation strategy, product definition, technical and operational development, product marketing and Go To Market. She has been the Chief Product Officer at No Filter Inc since 2022, leading the development of large-scale real-time video streaming products for both business, consumer and various vertical markets.
While staying true to the real-time communications space, she’s held a variety of executive roles across a variety of geographies. She initially worked in Software Development, leading the of development of carrier-grade multimedia service architectures in the late 90’s (at DCU), then moving to building Enterprise VoIP, IP Telephony and Unified Communications Carrier Services in Sydney, Australia. In 2005, she moved into her first Product Management role and became the Product Portfolio Manager for a suite of 5 enterprise Unified Communications operations management and reporting products.
In 2010, her UC & Operations Product Management expertise brought her to Skype, in Silicon Valley, where she was responsible for the Skype for Business and the Consumer eCommerce portfolios and drove significant incremental revenue through improving Skype's business offers, online business support/operations/eCommerce/analytics/in-app advertising infrastructure and customer journeys.
In 2012, she moved to a VP role at Dimension Data/NTT Ltd, one of the largest international IT integrators in the world. She was initially responsible for building their global portfolio of cloud Communications services, then moved into an SVP role, responsible for Offer Management and Operations for the global CX & Digital Workplace Go To Market practice, driving growth in GP across a $1.7B revenue portfolio spanning Customer Experience and Digital Workplace. In 2019, she became the Chief Product Officer for NTT Ltd’s entire suite of Cloud voice and video services and, over the next 3 years, improved deal win rates from 14% to 32% and provided recurring revenue growth of 30% YoY.
She’s now back in Europe, heading up Product Management for a suite of real-time streaming services at No Filter, a game-changing startup in the video streaming and gaming space.
