MEMORABLE Project Kick-off Meeting

On January 13th, The Age-Friendly University (AFU) Coordinator was delighted to visit Sofia, Bulgaria, for the kick-off meeting of the MEMORABLE Project. This initiative brings together five expert organizations in dementia care, social research, education, and culture to ensure a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to inclusion.

During the visit, the team engaged in discussions with project partners, including Alzheimer Bulgaria Association (ABA), Age-Friendly Environment Academy (AFEdemy), Institut für Soziale Infrastruktur gemeinnützige (ISIS), and SHINE 2Europe. Each organization brings unique expertise, contributing to the project’s shared goal of making arts and culture more inclusive for individuals living with dementia.
