A Taste of DCU 2019

Our annual Taste of DCU 2019 took place on September 13th last in the DCU Glasnevin Campus.

Over 270 participants attended on the day which showcased opportunities in DCU across all three campuses.  Over 35 lecturers took part from cyberpsychology to 3D printing, genetics to poetry - a fantastic range of subjects to whet the appetite.

A welcoming address from Prof. Daire Keogh, Deputy President highlighted DCU's committment to the age-friendly programme in DCU, commenting that in its 7th year this was the biggest Taste of DCU to date and its growing popularity is demonstrated by the increased visibility of older people on campus taking part in sports, wellness, cultural, social, research, educational activities and contributing to the social fabric of DCU.
