Parent/Guardian Information Evening at Dublin City University
DCU is happy to facilitate an information evening for Parents/Guardians on Monday, 4th November 2024
This in-person session, on our Glasnevin Campus, is designed to support parents/guardians of students who are considering Level 8 (university) study after their Leaving Certificate and may be suitable for those parents/guardians who have not been through the CAO process already and/or those who wish to refresh their knowledge.
Schedule for the Evening includes:
Information Stands
5.30-6.30pm
- Representatives from DCU Sports and Wellbeing will be on hand if you wish to find out more about all the student sport opportunities in DCU, including information on performance sports (scholarships and CAO points concession).
- Here at DCU, we have a strong tradition of creating equal access to third-level education for students from under-represented groups in higher education. - There are a range of supports available for students with a Disability or Specific Learning Difficulty and there will be a representative from the Disability and Learning Support Service available to talk to you about the Disability Access Route to Education (DARE).
