Optimise Organisational Resilience and Readiness: Year 1 Update

The first year of our strategy saw us focus on assuring our ability to protect against, respond to and leverage the opportunities which arise on an on-going basis. We continued to review and reorganise our structures to ensure we are future fit, relocating a number of departments and functions as required. The opening of our new STEM teaching building, Polaris, is enhancing the facilities and technologies available to our students. We initiated a comprehensive Business Intelligence project to support our goals, ensuring intelligence-informed decision making across the University. A Sustainable Development Framework was drafted to support our ability to sustain and thrive across all organisational areas in a cohesive and comprehensive manner. Our annual Horizon Scanning and Scenario Planning was conducted to ensure our continued resilience and readiness in the face of changing national and international landscapes.
