Enhance Local and International Engagement: Year 1 Update

Our International student numbers were strong this year with each Faculty setting targets in this area. We conducted comprehensive evaluations of our general community engagement activities including Staff and Student Volunteering and Community Engaged Research Supports. As a University, we developed an Engagement Map to track key engagement. An Engagement Governance Framework was significantly advanced and a comprehensive Enterprise Engagement Plan was developed. A cross-Faculty International Engagement Committee was established and an Internationalisation Plan is in draft phase. Our Alumni area focussed on setting targets to grow our international alumni chapters as well as developing an Alumni Mentorship Strategy.
