Dr. Siobhan O'Connor honoured as fellow of the RCSI Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine
Associate professor of athletic therapy and training, Dr. Siobhan O'Connor has been conferred as an honorary fellow of the RCSI Faculty of Sport and Exercise Science (FSEM). Dr. O'Connor was conferred during a ceremony at the 20th annual FSEM scientific conference in the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin on September 13th.

Reflecting on the prestigious award, Dr. O'Connor stated;

"I am really delighted to be conferred as an honorary fellow of the FSEM. As a proud Certified Athletic Therapist, this recognition underscores the importance of collaborative efforts across disciplines in promoting health and performance. I am extremely grateful to all my fantastic colleagues in DCU and ARTI and the wider team of sporting bodies and researchers who have supported me and I look forward to continuing our shared work into the future."
