How do I log in to the My Placement system?

To access My Placement, please log in to the home screen of My Placement ( placement.sis.dcu.ie) by selecting the 'staff and students' option and entering your DCU email address and password. Next, open the authenticator app on your mobile phone.

When prompted, enter the number shown on your phone authenticator app. You will see the welcome screen.

Where can I find National Competence Assessment Document (NCAD) templates?

NCAD templates are now available on Loop. To access, please click here and download the relevant file. You must use the correct NCAD template and then submit the scanned copy to My Placement.

My placement hours are appearing incorrect in My Placement. Why is this?

Your placement hours from last year may not have been updated yet in My Placement by the Allocations team.

I have uploaded my prerequisite documents to My Placement, however the system says I still have documents outstanding. How can fix this?

After uploading your documents, please click on 'save' to ensure they are recorded in My Placement.
