Jack Quin

Jack Quin is an Assistant Professor at the School of English, Dublin City University. Before joining the university he was a British Academy postdoctoral fellow at the University of Birmingham, and received his PhD from the University of York. He is the author of W.B. Yeats and the Language of Sculpture (Oxford University Press, 2022), which was runner up for the British Association of Irish Studies book prize, and received honourable mention for the Michael J. Durkan prize from the American Conference of Irish Studies.

Jack has published work in Modernism/modernity, Irish University Review, Modernist Cultures and the Oxford Handbook of W.B. Yeats. His research principally explores the relationship between poetry and visual and material culture, spanning the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. He has received research funding from the British Academy, the Irish Research Council, Fulbright Ireland and the Leverhulme Trust.
