Research Interests

My research interests include memory politics, post-Yugoslav cinema, and film and memory in the post-Yugoslav context and beyond.

I am also interested in qualitative methodologies in and beyond memory studies.

Teaching Interests

I am interested in teaching practices aimed at engaging diverse student groups (e.g. teaching with film), as well as large classrooms, with a particular emphasis on teaching political science and qualitative methodologies. I am also interested in (and have experience with) teaching displaced individuals and adult learners.
