Peter Tiernan is a lecturer at the School of STEM Education, Innovation and Global Studies. He lectures in the areas of digital media, personal development, entrepreneurship education, instructional design and teaching/training skills. He is Chair of the B.Sc. in Education and Training and a member of the Further Education and Research Centre (FETRC) at DCU.

Research Interests

Peter's current research interests are centred on two themes. Firstly he is involved in a number of projects in the area of digital media and learning, with a particular focus on the use of video and collaborative technologies in education. Second is the area of entrepreneurship and enterprise education, focusing on social value and the impact of entrepreneurial skills on education.
