SFI Infrastructure Success

Congratulations to Dr Kieran Moran from Insight and the School of Health and Human Performance for his success in the SFI Infrastructure awards. The research was funded under the strategic area of 'Animal and Human Health'. The funding was announced Tuesday 12 of January by Minister for jobs Richard Burton and Minister for Research adn Innovation Damien English. The funding will support the purchase of state-of-the-art motion-analysis system which will drive research in exercise science, clinical gait, musculoskeletal medicine, sports biomechanics, gerontology, neuroscience, human computer interactions, and ergonomics.
