Academic biography

Fiona has been working in the Quality Promotion Office since 2005.  Her role is to co-ordinate and support the self-assessment and evaluation of quality in Schools and Units throughout the University.  Frontline communication; Dealing with individuals who are internal or external to the University regarding issues and queries, which require a detailed knowledge of the Quality Review Process within the office.
