• Evaluator of Fís - Vision in the Curriculum
• Film in Primary School Project, jointly funded by Allied Irish Banks, and the Dept of Education and Science.

• Whole School in service days around the introduction of a Positive Discipline system in Post Primary Schools. Some twenty three school staffs around the country.

• Setting up of a multi- denominational school: Delivered over a period of two months to start up school in Dublin 3.
• Developing a Values Statement: delivered to school community of Gaelscoil, Dunboyne May 2001.
• Workshop: Working Together for a positive school experience: delivered to stakeholder groups attached to North Bay National School Project, Kilbarrack, Dublin 5.
• Conference run by HEEU. Dublin Equality Office, May 2001. Tackling Access and Disadvantage for Ethnic Minorities.
