PPI Ignite Network National Festival 2023 Launch at DCU

We are excited to share that the PPI Ignite Network at DCU is set to launch the National Festival 2023!

Join us on October 2nd, 2023, at Belvedere House in the St Patrick's Campus, DCU, for an event filled with insightful discussions and opportunities to connect. It would be great if you or any of your colleagues could attend. 

 

Keynote Speakers

Deputy Róisín Shortall, TD, is the co-founder of the Social Democrats and current party spokesperson on Health, Finance, and Public Expenditure and Reform. A former Minister of State at the Department of Health, Róisín is passionate about accountability and fair distribution of resources.

Dr Sarah McLoughlin, PPI co-ordinator for Cancer Trials Ireland, strongly believes in and actively contributes to improving research and healthcare by embedding the patient voice.

 

Facilitated Discussions

There will be facilitated discussions on The Balance of Collaboration: Exploring the Dynamics in PPI Relationships.

The event will also see the official launch of a new guide entitled Charities & Researchers Partnering for Societal Benefit.
