She was also shortlisted for Outstanding Individual Contribution to Learning and Development in Ireland from the Learning & Development Institute (L&DI) in 2020 for her work in behavioral Coaching.
Janice holds a BSc (CIPD Qualified) in Human Resource Management and an accredited Diploma in Performance, Business & Executive Coaching.
