Dr. Elena López, Assistant Professor, DCU Futures Language & Culture Programme Coordinator, School of Applied Language and Intercultural Studies, Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences.
Elena Lopez is the coordinator of the new DCU Language & Culture Programme and Programme Chair of Multilingualism under the DCU Futures Project. Her research interests align closely with her academic background and teaching practice, drawing in the field of Art Education, Visual Literacy, Multiliteracies Pedagogy, and Applied Linguistics. In her teaching, Elena is particularly dedicated to integrating a Multiliteracies Approach in language learning, which she embraces in other academic projects in which she is participating.
